IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025: The Industrial Development Bank of India the body which is responsible to recruit candidates at the position of Junior Assistant Manager is going to conduct exam this year on 8th June 2025. According to the official notification, this year IDBI will recruit around 676 aspiring candidates on the JAM position.
The candidates clearing the exam will be worth of getting around 6.14 lakhs to 6.5 lakhs per annum. It is to be noted that the candidates selected will have to go for a mandatory probation period of 1 year and that too is divided in two parts the first one will be of around 9 months and that will be consisting only training, while the second part will be of 3 months which will be termed under ‘Internship’. Only after completing the both training periods the candidates will be appointed at the position of Junior Assistant Manager in different Branches.
