UPSC CDS Recruitment 2025: Union Public Service Commission , the authority responsible for conduction of the examination of Combined Defence Service has released the notification regarding the filling of form which will be concluded by 20th June 2025.
The purpose of the UPSC CDS (Combined Defence Services) exam is to recruit candidates for the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. It is a national-level competitive examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The exam is designed to identify and select suitable individuals for becoming commissioned officers in the Indian Armed Forces. the Indian Naval Academy (INA).The CDS exam is used to recruit officers for various branches of the Indian Armed Forces, including the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and the Officers Training Academy (OTA). After successfully completing the CDS exam and the SSB interview, candidates undergo training at the respective academies and are then commissioned as officers in their chosen branch.
Candidates must frequently visit the official website to get the notification regarding the examination date as soon as possible. and keep all the credentials like Aadhar card , Passport Size Photos ready with themselves as these are the necessary requirements to fill in the form of UPSC CDS and after qualifying the Preliminary Test , Candidates clearing the cut off will move onto the next stage i.e. SSB Interview stage.
